Client Policies and Care Guidelines

These policies help us maintain a safe, organized, and comfortable environment for every dog in our care.

Reservations and Confirmation

  • All services are subject to availability.
  • Reservation requests are not considered final until confirmed.
  • Peak dates and holiday periods should be booked early.
  • We may request updated information before approving a stay.

Health and Vaccination

  • Dogs must be healthy enough for group or supervised care.
  • Vaccination records may be required before check-in.
  • Owners must disclose medical conditions and medications.
  • We reserve the right to decline care if health or safety concerns exist.

Behavior and Temperament

  • Dogs must be manageable in a supervised care setting.
  • Aggressive or dangerous behavior must be disclosed in advance.
  • We may separate, restrict, or refuse services when safety requires it.
  • Our decisions regarding group fit and handling are final.

Feeding, Medication, and Special Care

  • Please provide clear feeding and medication instructions.
  • Special diets, supplements, and care requests should be disclosed before arrival.
  • Items provided by the owner should be clearly labeled when possible.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to follow written care instructions.

Cancellations and Scheduling

  • Please notify us as early as possible if plans change.
  • Holiday and peak-period reservations may require additional notice.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling.
  • Appointment times should be honored as closely as possible.

General Right to Refuse or End Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary.
  • This may include health, behavioral, administrative, or safety concerns.
  • Incomplete forms or missing required information may delay service.
